Academic Computing Services supports all the academic programs and strives to continually expand the facilities with the latest equipment and software. This ongoing review of technology along with a dedicated technical staff has positioned the college on the leading edge of instructional technology for art and design.

Mission

Support the academic programs in their educational goals with creative computing environments offering current and relevant technology.

Services

Academic Computing offers the following services to support the specific requirements of the Foundation, BFA and Graduate programs.

• Open-Access computing for 100 hours each week.
• Software support for over 30 applications including 3D, animation, 2D vector and raster imaging, web production, motion graphics and digital video/audio.
• Formatting and Partitioning Services for removable media.
• Color Printing Services offering wide-format and high resolution inkjet and laser output.
• Rapid Prototyping and Laser Cutting/Engraving via the TSS Model Shop.
