Question:  How do I set up apple's Mail to send and receive e-mail from my Gmail account?

Answer - There are two steps:

Step one :1, Log into your Gmail account. 2, Click 'Settings' at the top right corner. 3, Click 'Forwarding and POP' in the orange 'Mail Settings' box. 4, Select 'Enable POP for all mail' or 'Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on'. 5, Choose the action you would like your Gmail messages to take after they are accessed with POP. 6, Click 'Save Changes'

Step two :1, Open Apple Mail. 2, Click 'Mail,' and select 'preferences...' 3, Open the 'Accounts' and click the plus sign (+) along the bottom to add a new account. 4, Enter 'pop.gmail.com' in the 'Incoming Mail Server' field. 5, Enter your Gmail user name (including '@gmail.com') in the 'User Name' field. 6, Enter your Gmail password in the 'Password' field. 7, Select 'Add Server...' from the pop-up labeled 'Outgoing Mail Server,' and enter 'smtp.gmail.com' in the 'Outgoing Mail Server' field. 8, Enter '587' in the 'Server port' field. 9, Check the box next to 'Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).' 10, Select 'Password' next to 'Authentication:' and enter your Gmail username (including '@gmail.com) and Gmail password. 11, Click 'OK.'  12, Click 'Advanced' and check the box next to 'Use SSL.' (The port changes to '995.')

Close the window and click Save changes if you are prompted.

Rhino 3.0

Question:  How do I recover the Rhino 3.0 default toolbars.

Answer - If when you long-on you do not see the Rhino default toolbars or are unable to insert any toolbars do the following:

1, Go to Tools pull-down menu.

2, Toolbar Layout command

3, Select File

4, Select Open

5, Select C-Drive

6, Select Program File

7, Select Rhinoceros 3.0

8, Select System

9, Select Default.tb
